Synopsis: Amara, (Nayana Kumari) a beautiful young woman, sets out for the Middle East in the hope of returning to get married after earning money, so she could look after her parents. Amara’s boy friend, Bandu (Mahendra Perera) is an electrician. He undertakes to wire the house of his friend Rukmal, (Dilip Rohana). There he be friends Rukmal’s sister Thamara (Dilhanie Ekanayake). As their relationship develops into a love affair, they meet regularly by a beautiful waterfall. Thus Bandu betrays Amara who has gone abroad promising to marry him on her return. Bandu’s betrayal of Amara develops into a series of emotionally charged situations that ends up with the return of Amara to her family amidst rumour that she is in trouble abroad. Eventually after Amara and Bandu leave on their honeymoon, the Police informs the that Amara’s dead body has come from the Middle East and is lying at the Morgue. Can the dead come back to take revenge?
