DNA MP Anura Kumara Dissanayaka responding to the First Court Martial decision a short while ago claimed that they do not accept it stating that it was a one sided case. Dissanayake added that only the government side was present for the hearing and that the decision was taken when Fonseka's lawyers were on holiday.
